These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 7u7 platform and all services under it. These terms are legally binding whenever you access services through the 7u7 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel.

When a user creates an account on 7u7, uses its services, or accesses the platform, they are considered to have voluntarily and knowingly agreed to these terms in full. If you object to any part of these terms, you should refrain from using the service.

These terms apply only to individuals who reside in Bangladesh and are voluntarily using 7u7's services. All platform operations are conducted on the basis of honesty and transparency.

It is mandatory to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account on 7u7. Registering with false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed at any time.

2.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same mobile number, email address, device, or IP address will flag them as duplicates, and bonuses and winnings earned across all such accounts may be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. Sharing an account with or allowing use by any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorised access is suspected, the 7u7 support team must be notified immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If any personal details change after registration (such as a mobile number or email address), the account must be updated accordingly without delay. 7u7 will not be responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

All 7u7 services are for individuals aged 21 or over only. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances. This rule is strictly enforced.

If there is any doubt about a user's age, 7u7 may request a national ID or other valid document at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period, the account will be temporarily suspended and all transactions will be paused during that time.

7u7 reserves the right to forfeit all deposits, bonuses, and winnings from any account found to be concealing age or identity information.

Deposits and withdrawals on 7u7 must be made through the designated mobile banking methods. The currently accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit for each method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be needed during identity verification or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.3 Transaction Conditions

• It is recommended to use the same mobile number for both deposits and withdrawals.
• If there is an active bonus on the account, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• 7u7 has the right to hold unusual or suspicious transactions for review.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

7u7 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated in the relevant promotion's description. It is important to read those specific terms before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new members, 7u7 offers a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing using this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds are not paid out as a bonus activity — they are available under specified conditions.
• 7u7 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

All betting and gaming activity on 7u7 must be conducted fairly. Participation in any game on the platform requires compliance with that game's own rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if a technical error occurs or incorrect odds are offered, 7u7 reserves the right to cancel that bet. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on all international cricket matches including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. If a match is cancelled or an official result is not announced, the bet is declared void and the stake is refunded. The decision of the relevant international cricket governing body is final for result determination.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

In live casino and slot games, each round is independent and previous results do not affect subsequent results. RTP (Return to Player) figures are indicative and apply as a long-term average — they do not guarantee a specific outcome in any single session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7u7. Violating these rules will result in account closure and any suspicious funds may be withheld.

• Placing artificial bets or bet hedging for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements.
• The same member claiming bonuses from multiple accounts.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs to generate unusual profits.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or artificial software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Colluding fraudulently with other users to place bets.
• Operating an account using a third party's identity.

If any of the above activities are detected, 7u7 reserves the right to take legal action.

7u7 reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account if:

• Any clause of the terms and conditions is breached.
• The information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A directive is received from a court or law enforcement authority.

Users may also close their own account. In that case, the 7u7 support team must be contacted. If there is any valid balance before closure and the wagering requirement has been met, the user will have the opportunity to withdraw those funds.

8.1 Voluntary Break

A user who wishes to take a break from gaming for a set period may inform the support team. Detailed guidance on this is available in the Responsible Gaming section. 7u7 actively supports this option.

7u7 treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. Information provided at registration is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep all transactions secure.
